Which printing possibilities are available?

Embroidery

With embroidery, the fabric is decorated with thread stitched into a pattern.

  • Appropriate thread colours for every logo

  • Applicable on cotton, polyester and fleece fabrics
  • Maximum 12 colours (from colour chart)

Digital print

Digital printing is comparable to the inkjet process. The image is formed by minuscule ink droplets that are sprayed on the product and dry immediately upon exposure to UV light.

  • Perfect for logos in several colours
  • Unique effects in matt or gloss finish or in relief
  • Doesn't discolour, doesn't fade
  • Ideal for small quantities
  • Only suitable for flat or slightly curved surfaces
  • Suitable for flat, slightly curved surfaces
  • Can be applied on plastic materials
  • Only possible for CMYK

Doming

Doming is a technique in which a 3D-version of the image (e.g. a logo) is made using a hemispherical shape (a dome) under the print. A layer of epoxy resin ensures that the dome-shaped elevation with the image on top retains its shape while hardening.

  • 3D-effect
  • Withstands weathering and damage
  • Only possible on flat surfaces
  • Suitable for flat surfaces that are made with a lowered area for the domed sticker
  • Can be applied on plastic, paper, wood and metal 
  • CMYK colours

Laser engraving

Laser engraving is done with a laser beam, which etches the decoration into a surface with great precision. 

  • Premium quality
  • Unique tone-on-tone effects
  • Suitable for flat, round, convex and concave surfaces 
  • Can be applied on metal, glass, ceramic, wood, stone, paper, jeans, plexiglass, real and imitation leather, PU materials
  • The final colour depends on the colour of the bottom layer

Pad printing

Pad printing is an indirect offset printing process in which the image is formed by ink that is transferred from the engraved metal plate via a silicone pad onto the product.

  • Good and affordable all-round solution
  • Suitable for every surface, even soft products like anti-stress squeeze balls
  • Perfect for logos in multiple colours
  • Quick and economical
  • Can be applied on plastic, glass, ceramic, paper, wood and metal
  • Maximum 4 colours
     

Screen printing

Screen printing is a technique in which the image is placed on a fine mesh gauze and the non-printed areas are covered with an impermeable fabric. The ink is pressed through the gauze resulting in clear, sharp images.

  • Economical choice for large decorations in multiple colours
  • A good choice for text decoration and a weathered look
  • Suitable for flat surfaces 
  • Can be applied on polyester, nylon, cotton and non-woven materials
  • Maximum four colours for non-textile materials and maximum five colours for textile
