1. Cookies

Cookies are small data or text files that are placed on your local computer by websites and applications. The Belgian Law of 13 June 2005 regarding electronic communication contains a few stipulations related to cookies and their use on websites. The law translates the European Union's privacy directive, which means that the cookie legislation can be implemented differently in other European member states.
FDS Promotions is domiciled in Belgium and therefore follows Belgian legislation related to cookies.

2. Purpose and usefulness of cookies

FDS Promotions wants to inform every visitor to the platform/website as thoroughly as possible about their rights under Belgian law regarding cookies, and about which cookies FDS Promotions uses. 4. Cookies management

Make sure that cookies are enabled in your browser. To enable cookies, the following actions must be carried out:

For Microsoft Internet Explorer browser
•    In Internet Explorer, click on 'Internet options' in the 'Extra' menu.
•    On the 'Privacy' tab, move the settings slider to 'low' or 'accept all cookies' (settings above 'medium' disable cookies).
•    Click on 'OK'.

For Mozilla Firefox browser

•    Click on 'Firefox' in the top left corner of your browser then click on 'Options'.
•    On the 'Privacy' tab, make sure that 'Inform websites that I do not want to be tracked' is not checked.
•    Click on 'OK'.

For Google Chrome browser
•    Click on the three dots next to the browser bar in your browser window and choose 'Options'.
•    Look for 'Privacy and security' then click on 'content settings'.
•    Click on the 'cookies' option.
•    Select 'Allow sites to save and read cookie data'.

For Safari browser
•    Choose 'Preferences' in the task menu. (The task menu is in the top right of the Safari window and looks like a cogwheel or click on 'Safari' the comprehensive task menu.)
•    Click on the Privacy tab. Look for 'Cookies and other website data'.
•    Indicate that you accept cookies.

If you want to consult the platform/website of FDS Promotions, we recommend that you enable cookies. However, if you prefer not to accept cookies, you are free to disable them via your browser settings. To do so, follow the instructions below:

•    At the bottom of the page, select the 'Advanced' option.
•    Under 'Privacy and security' select 'Content Settings'.
•    Select 'Cookies'.
•    Disable 'Allow sites to save and read cookie data'.

For Safari browser
•    Choose 'Preferences' in the task menu. (The task menu is in the top right of the Safari window and looks like a cogwheel or click on 'Safari' the comprehensive task menu.)
•    Click on the Privacy tab. Look for 'Cookies and other website data'.
•    Indicate that you do not accept cookies.
•    Or consult the Help feature of your internet browser.

5. User rights

As cookies may constitute the processing of personal details, as the concerned party you are entitled to the lawful and secure processing of these personal details. As the concerned party, you can exercise the following rights:

•    Right to object: if you have serious and legitimate grounds, you can object to your personal details being processed.
•    Right to access: every concerned person who proves his/her identity has the right to access the information related to whether or not we process your personal details, as well as the purpose of this processing, the categories of data that this processing is related to and the categories of recipients to whom we give the data.
•    Right to rectification: upon request of the concerned person, inaccurate or incomplete personal details can be improved or even deleted.
