Description
This traditional wok from Orrefos Jernverk has a round bottom making it easier to prepare vegetables and meat in the pan. The shape of the wok also provides unique properties. The narrow bottom has a high temperature while it is cooler higher at the edges. In this way, what is on the bottom of the pan is cooked at a very different speed and intensity than what is thrown to the edges. The wok pan comes with a stainless steel lid to keep the food warm.
